I started with watercolour landscapes at West Norfolk Arts Centre in 2001 and then moved to flower painting in 2007. I am a keen gardener and love the vibrant colours of summer flowers and autumn fruits and seeds. Working in both watercolour and pen and wash, I started exhibiting in 2009. My initial wish to paint watercolours has now introduced me to the wider world of botanical painting, which has turned into a very absorbing hobby.
